Leo Jennings has not confirmed that he was at the apartment at the time, but Dann in the video said he was there also wearing PJ’s.
Dann is wrong about payday lending- Lending money to unreliable lenders is a risky proposition, and legislating interest rate limits simply insures that fewer poor people will get loans. But all of that talk is just to sidestep of the issues of: 1) Who was wearing pajamas? 2) If Jessica was wearing pajamas, was was she? , and 3) What is Dann’s definition of “pajamas”?
Now Leo was in pajamas…
