AG Marc Dann Condogate- Another Update

COLUMBUS — If it were up to him, Gov. Ted Strickland said he would conduct the investigation into sexual harassment accusations against a top aide to Attorney General Marc Dann differently than fellow Democrat Dann is.
“I would choose to have an external investigation,” Strickland told WSYX ABC 6 TV in Columbus on Wednesday, April 16. Dann is handling the probe into sexual harassment allegations against top aide Anthony Gutierrez in-house.
Second, why is Marc Dann being quiet about the suspension of Leo Jennings, a former union thug and his current spokesman who is on paid leave? The Professor’s conspiracy theory is that Jennings was somehow involved in getting one of the sexual assault victims pulled over and having her car searched for marijuana or Jennings atleast leaked the story to the press. But don’t think Leo is smart enough to pull off something like that- I think Leo knows full well what happened in Dann’s frat house, and I think Jennings had women of his own. Here is the Vindicator’s report:
YOUNGSTOWN — Attorney General Marc Dann’s office is tight-lipped on the details that led to the suspension of Leo Jennings III, the agency’s communications director.
This is the same office that’s provided e-mails, text messages and documents detailing sexual harassment allegations by two females employees against Anthony S. Gutierrez, its suspended director of general services.
Dann’s office won’t discuss the reasons for Jennings’ suspension although attorney general officials did when Gutierrez was suspended April 7 with pay. He receives about $87,500 annually.
Another of blogs in Ohio have noted that it was rumored that Marc Dann is resigning tomorrow. Unfortunately, I think this is just wishful thinking, and as my grandfather once said, “Wish in one hand, **** in the other, and see which one fills up first!”
Laura Bischoff of the Dayton Daily News asked Dann if he is going to resign:
You have changed the way business is done in your office, Dann? I think he is right! Former Ohio Attorney General Jim Petro never thought to have his employees spend the night at his condo in pajamas nor would Jim try to seduce them with the irresistible lure of Hawaiian pizza.

Matt, hate to say it, but Dann’s statement was 100% accurate. Where were you when Fat Betty sat on her fat rump and allowed Noe to steal $$$$$$$$$$$ from the state?
Fat Betty? Looks to me like the plump rump now belongs to Dann. One too many pieces of Hawaiian pizza, perhaps?
Naug: I’d like to read your reaction after you read through all of the documents produced in the original EEO interviews of the ladies, and released yesterday by the AG’s office. You can find them here:
http://www.nbc4i.com/midwest/cmh/crime_watch.apx.-content-articles-CMH-2008-04-16-0007.html
After you read them, please answer me: Am I mistaken or does it sound like one of the ladies (the neighbor) was hired because of her, uh, history, with Dann? Did he have two girlfriends? I can’t keep up.
I understood the reports to say that Vanessa was transferred to IT because she had had sex with MED (Marc). Why isn’t anyone talking about this?
P.S. Betty could only do something if the agency had kept her in the loop. There’s no way to investigate if you have no knowledge of it. I didn’t recall seeing mind reader in the minimum qualifications for AG.
