Bobby Hagan to speak to Sen. President Bill Harris in an attempt to remove the emergency clause from the bill that was passed today granting the Inspector General the authority to investigate Dann's office. Without the emergency clause the bill would become effective 90 days from the Governor's signature, which was today. With the emergency clause it becomes effective today. Sen. President Harris refused. WBNS also is reporting that Dann met with Lt. Gov. Fisher in an attempt to negotiate his resignation. He wants to have any further prosecutions called off and also wants....wait for it...... A STATE JOB! Can you believe this guy! He actually thinks he can bargain. He either has some real steel ones or he's such an arrogant ass he thinks he is in a position to bargain. He's like the guy hold up in the bank that was scheduled to close for good the next day and the building was scheduled for demolition surrounded by cops and the FBI with no ammo and no more hostages and he still thinks he can demand a helicopter to Mexico.
