Update: Dann is resigning. Good riddance to bad rubbish. Dann stays on board!

Two thoughts.
1. Naugle brought down an AG.
2. Jessica Utovich = Ashley Dupre.

The local Fox affilate and WBNS are reporting that Dann requested State Rep. Bobby Hagan to speak to Sen. President Bill Harris in an attempt to remove the emergency clause from the bill that was passed today granting the Inspector General the authority to investigate Dann’s office. Without the emergency clause the bill would become effective 90 days from the Governor’s signature, which was today. With the emergency clause it becomes effective today.
Sen. President Harris refused.
WBNS also is reporting that Dann met with Lt. Gov. Fisher in an attempt to negotiate his resignation. He wants to have any further prosecutions called off and also wants….wait for it…… A STATE JOB! Can you believe this guy! He actually thinks he can bargain. He either has some real steel ones or he’s such an arrogant ass he thinks he is in a position to bargain. He’s like the guy hold up in the bank that was scheduled to close for good the next day and the building was scheduled for demolition surrounded by cops and the FBI with no ammo and no more hostages and he still thinks he can demand a helicopter to Mexico.
Now Fox 28 is reporting that Dann’s wife requested the AG’s Office fund a class at Y State where she taught. Thankfully the people at Y State are smarter than the Y town knuckleheads running the AG’s office and declined the grant for conflict of interest reasons.
Someone I know that works at the Rhodes Tower just called me and told me that the Highway Patrol caught Dann shredding papers and escorted him out of the building…stay tuned.
At least Ashley Dupre can sing!
