And yesterday you claimed he was arrested and led away in handcuffs.
Yes Matt. And last year you claimed Dann was having an affair with his scheduler…we all know how that ended…You tell him Joseph…
Matt certainly did break the Dann affair story.
But that doesn’t mean every rumor posted here is true.
Matt is not representing it as fact - he is passing along the “raw” rumors. This is a blog - not the news.
Is the rumor about Dann’s own drug use or about some aide’s?
What drug?
I’m not surprised. It seemed to me that Dann was acting like he was facing more serious charges than just sexual harassment. If it isn’t drug use, it will be something else.
I noticed that Dann gave up once the Inspector General took possession of the AG’s computers and other electronic equipment. And Dann did his best to stop the Inspector General from conducting a investigation and getting hold of that equipment. So I would say that there is something incriminating on those computers. We’ll see what will happen, all of Dann’s crimes will made public sooner or later.

Besides in defense of Naugh he didn’t say this was correctly the case.

Dwight, chances are BCI has accidentally erased the hard drives of Dann’s computer and PDAs. I would be shocked if they found anything on there.
Then again Dann isn’t the brightest person in the world, so who knows?
this is all old news. There are cell phone pictures of him snorting cocaine off of naked girls, that has been seen by many but not reported by the media. My guess is that he knew this would see the light of day with the recent investigation, therefore, that is why he had no choice but to resign.

I hadn’t heard that rumor, but it wouldn’t surprise me.
Dann should get into rehab ASAP and play the “I-had-an-illness” card. That way, he can get get well and run for something in Y-town. An addiction is an illness, poor judgement is stupid.
Illness is forgiven, stupid isn’t.

So now Utovich got herself an attorney and is claiming retaliation by the AG office. You quit, you quit, where is the legal argument there? They don’t have to let you “un-quit” as she puts it. I don’t get it.
