I am Matt Naugle and live in Columbus, Ohio. I’m self-employed in the tech industry and am a full-time student. In 2007, I took over Right Angle Blog, which was called by The (Cleveland) Plain Dealer “the most influential” Republican-leaning blog in Ohio.

In 2007, the Ohio Democrat Party thought I was so cool that they sent out a mass email about me. I was also mentioned in this video produced by the ODP’s Ctrl-V Specialist, Todd “hit skip” Hoffman.

In 2005 and 2006, I served as Ken Blackwell’s campaign internet communications director and blogger.

In early 2005, I built ConsoleGeorge.com, which became a very popular effort to mock Ohio Senator George Voinovich’s overactive tear ducts.

From 2003 to 2005, I worked for the Republican Caucus in the Ohio House of Representatives, where I worked diligently for inept government employees while elected Republicans worked tirelessly to increase state taxes. I also worked for former State Representative Earl Martin of Avon Lake.

I worked as an employee of the Lorain County Prosecutor’s Office during two summer breaks. From 2001 to 2002, I interned for Congressman Ed Royce of the 40th District of California. I have also volunteered for numerous local Republican campaigns and tax repeal/limitation efforts.
